I started coaching after my own turnaround — 22 kilograms lighter, off medication, and finally sleeping through the night. What I learned during those two years became the method I now use with clients across the country.
My work sits at the intersection of nutrition science, behavioural coaching, and simple daily rituals. No fads. No unsustainable extremes. Just a clear plan, honest food, and a coach who shows up.
Certified in sports nutrition (ISSN) and behavioural change coaching, I've worked with founders, parents, shift workers, and grandparents. The common thread: they wanted their life back — not just a smaller waist.
